目的 :检测坦克兵冬季训练应激反应的程度 ,为进一步做好坦克部队卫生保障提供依据。方法 :对一次大强度训练前后 ,坦克兵血浆皮质醇的含量采用放射免疫法进行检测分析。结果 :训练前 ,参训人员的血浆皮质醇浓度即比正常值高出 18.70 % ;训练结束时 ,血浆皮质醇更高出 71.4 0 % ,表明 ,训练使应激反应程度进一步提高。结论 :冬季坦克训练中 ,躯体劳累、心理紧张和作业环境中有害因素的复合作用 ,可能是造成坦克兵应激反应增强的主要原因。
Objective: To test the degree of winter training stress response of tank soldiers, and provide basis for further improving the health protection of tank troops. Methods: Before and after a large intensity training, the content of plasma cortisol in tank soldiers was detected by radioimmunoassay. Results: Before training, the plasma cortisol concentration of participants was 18.70% higher than the normal value. At the end of training, plasma cortisol was 71.4% higher, indicating that training further increased the degree of stress reaction. Conclusion: The combined effect of physical exertion, mental stress and harmful factors in the operation environment may be the main reason for the increase of tank soldiers’ stress response in winter tank training.
