高强预应力混凝土管桩采用静压法施工,静压法施工常面临几个问题,一是砂层过厚无法通过静压法顺利通过,通用做法采用柴油锤辅助穿过砂层,但又因锤击送深有一定限制,施工难度大,根据具体情况采用局部引孔能顺利解决以上问题,使管桩顺利通过砂层;二是静压桩多安排于冬季寒冷季节施工,主要考虑地基土受冻后能满足静压桩机对地面承载力的要求,但有时会因送桩过深,造成送桩器粘结泥土,出地面后即冻结,造成清理困难,减慢施工速度,通过实践采用制作简易刮泥板措施可顺利解决以上问题;三是为减少送深采取局部挖土,此方案选择需考虑桩机工作空间及防止地基冻胀等问题;
