音乐教学是实施素质教育的有效途径。音乐的认识功能有助于学生智能的发展 ;音乐的美育功能有利于学生审美素质的培养 ;音乐的教化功能有助于学生人格精神的养成 ;音乐的娱乐功能有利于学生的身心健康。但是现行的音乐教学体系却不能满足素质教育的要求 ,为此要从大音乐教育观、课程体系、教学方法、教师素质等几个方面进行必要的改革 Music teaching is an effective way to implement quality education. The cognitive function of music contributes to the development of students ’intelligence; the function of aesthetic education of music is conducive to the cultivation of students’ aesthetic qualities; the educational function of music contributes to the development of students ’personality; the entertainment function of music is beneficial to students’ physical and mental health. However, the current music teaching system can not meet the requirements of quality education. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out the necessary reforms from the aspects of grand music education concept, curriculum system, teaching methods, and teacher quality
