目的:对35具成人头颅颈内动脉虹吸部进行血管走行方向、成角、开口方位的观察和分析,为指导颅内动脉插管提供解剖学依据。材料与方法:甲醛固定正常成人头颅标本35具,依次分离充分暴露颈内动脉虹吸部,仔细观察和测量颈内动脉虹吸部。结果:颈内动脉虹吸部血管走行成角,分为三个角度和一个弯度,双侧差异无显著性。在33例脑血管病微导管的治疗插管中,插管成功率由88.9%提高到100%。结论:颈内动脉虹吸部血管走行角度及开口方向,对指导插管具有重要的价值。
OBJECTIVE: To observe and analyze the stenosis, angulation and opening orientation of 35 adult sphincterotrauma of the internal carotid artery to provide anatomical basis for guiding intracranial arterial cannulation. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Formaldehyde fixed 35 normal adult skull specimens. The siphon portion of the internal carotid artery was exposed in sequence and the siphon portion of the internal carotid artery was carefully observed and measured. Results: The blood vessels of the siphon in the internal carotid artery were angled and divided into three angles and one camber. There was no significant difference between the two sides. In 33 cases of microcatheter treatment of cerebrovascular disease intubation, intubation success rate increased from 88.9% to 100%. Conclusion: The stenosis and opening of the siphon in the internal carotid artery have important value in guiding the intubation.
