针对某型号飞机滑撬式起落架设计要求,提出了滑撬式起落架动力学设计的一般思路。论文首先根据该型飞机总体性能参数指标要求选择了起落架及其缓冲器的基本形式,并进行了初步设计;随后,建立了该型飞机着陆分析有限元模型,开展了该型飞机着陆冲击非线性动力学仿真;针对各种不同的典型着陆情况进行仿真,根据分析结果对结构设计进行调整,并进行强度校核;在多轮设计调整后,仿真结果显示所设计的起落架满足着陆回收总体性能指标要求,最终确定了起落架结构详细尺寸。
Aiming at the design requirements of some type of aircraft skid landing gear, the general idea of the dynamic design of skid landing gear is put forward. First of all, according to the requirements of the overall performance parameters of the aircraft, the basic form of the landing gear and its bumper is selected and a preliminary design is carried out. Subsequently, the finite element model of the landing analysis of the aircraft is established, Linear dynamic simulation; simulating for different typical landing conditions, adjusting the structural design according to the analysis results and checking the strength; after adjusting for multiple rounds, the simulation results show that the designed landing gear meets the requirements of overall landing recovery Performance requirements, and ultimately determine the detailed dimensions of the landing gear structure.
