目的探讨危重症患者肠内营养的护理方法。方法回顾性分析60例接受肠内营养的危重症患者临床资料,记录患者肠内营养护理方法和治疗结局。结果 60例患者死亡2例,平均住院时间为(14.4±1.2)d。并发症方面,出现感染性并发症10例、胃肠道并发症3例、代谢性并发症3例,并发症发生率26.7%。结论危重症患者肠内营养辅以相应的输液护理、导管护理、并发症和心理护理对减少并发症发生,促进患者早日康复具有重要作用。
Objective To study the nursing methods of enteral nutrition in critically ill patients. Methods The clinical data of 60 critically ill patients enrolled in enteral nutrition were retrospectively analyzed. The enteral nutrition nursing methods and treatment outcomes were recorded. Results 60 patients died in 2 cases, the average length of stay was (14.4 ± 1.2) days. Complications, there were 10 cases of infectious complications, gastrointestinal complications in 3 cases, metabolic complications in 3 cases, the incidence of complications was 26.7%. Conclusions Enteral nutrition in critically ill patients supplemented with corresponding infusion care, catheter care, complications and psychological nursing plays an important role in reducing the incidence of complications and promoting the early recovery of patients.
