随着劳动力成本上升,产业结构转型与产业战略升级成为必然趋势,而自动化装备在提高产品质量与生产效率、节约劳动力成本等方面发挥关键作用,必然会作为产业转型与升级的重要载体,成为产业转型升级固定资产投资过程中的先行投资对象。以制造业为例,其生产从劳动力密集型向资本、技术密集型转变,其产品从低端向高端升级,都有赖于总装自动化生产线、焊装自动化生产线、涂装自动化生产线等自动化装备系统的巨大投资与广泛应用。如何利用价值工程理论使我国传统粗放型生产模式向集约型生产模式转变,使我国装备制造业技术水平不断提升,智能自动化装备向规模化、大型化、高效率、高精度方向发展,是本文研究的重点。本文结合智能手机设计制造中应用价值工程方法为例,分析如何提升设计功能降低制造成本,以此提供相关经验。
