目的:探讨山莨菪碱(6542)对油酸引起的家兔急性肺损伤的防治作用及其机制。方法:观察6542对油酸致急性肺损伤兔血浆及肺组织丙二醛(MDA)、肺表面活性物质(PS)、血浆纤维连接蛋白(Fn)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)及酸性磷酸酶(ACP)含量的影响;同时进行了组织病理学的光镜及电镜观察。结果:致伤前先给予定量的6542,可使油酸致急性肺损伤家兔血浆及肺组织MDA的产生及血浆LDH、ACP的释放减少;且可防止PS及血浆Fn的降低,减轻肺组织的损伤程度。结论:油酸致急性肺损伤后PS减少可能与MDA增加有关;6542通过其稳膜作用能减轻或在一定程度上防止肺损伤的发生和发展。
Objective: To investigate the preventive and therapeutic effects of anisodamine (6542) on oleic acid-induced acute lung injury in rabbits and its mechanism. Methods: The effects of 6542 on plasma and lung MDA, SP, Fn, LDH and acid phosphatase in acute lung injury induced by oleic acid were observed. (ACP) content; at the same time histopathological light and electron microscopy. Results: Pretreatment given a dose of 6542, can make the oleic acid induced acute lung injury rabbit plasma and lung MDA and the release of plasma LDH, ACP release; and can prevent the reduction of PS and plasma Fn, reduce lung tissue The degree of damage. Conclusion: The decrease of PS after oleic acid-induced acute lung injury may be related to the increase of MDA; 6542 can reduce or prevent the occurrence and development of lung injury to a certain extent through its stabilizing effect.
