目的:探讨碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)对庆大霉素(GM)肾毒性的保护作用。方法:豚鼠20只,随机分为GM组和GM+bFGF组各10只,GM组按每只80mg/kgd-1肌注GM17d,停药后继续注射生理盐水6d;GM+bFGF组在肌注GM的同时加肌注2000U/kgd-1bFGF17d,停GM后继续注射bFGF6d。用药前、后称体质量,并做统计学t检验:断头处死动物后取肾皮质做光镜和电镜观察。结果:GM组动物出现急性肾功能衰竭,用药前、后体质量变化有显著性意义(t=4.3463,P<0.05),形态上肾小管上皮细胞明显损害;GM+bFGF组动物无急性肾功能衰竭症状,用药前、后体质量变化无显著性意义(t=0.3893,P>0.05),形态上肾小管上皮细胞基本正常。结论:碱性成纤维细胞生长因子对庆大霉素肾毒性有保护作用。
Objective: To investigate the protective effect of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) on gentamicin (GM) nephrotoxicity. Methods: Twenty guinea pigs were randomly divided into GM group and GM + bFGF group, 10 rats in each group. GM group was injected intramuscularly with GM 80 mg / kgd-1 for 17 days, and then injected with normal saline for 6 days. GM + bFGF group Intramuscular injection of 2000U / kgd-1bFGF17d, stop GM injection of bFGF6d. Before and after treatment, weighed the body weight, and did statistical t-test: The animals were sacrificed and the kidneys were sacrificed after decapitation. Results: The rats in GM group had acute renal failure, and the changes of body weight before and after treatment were significant (t = 4.3463, P <0.05). The morphological renal tubular epithelial cells were obviously damaged. The animals in GM + bFGF group had no acute Renal failure, medication before and after the change in body weight was not significant (t = 0.3893, P> 0.05), the morphology of renal tubular epithelial cells were normal. Conclusion: Basic fibroblast growth factor has a protective effect on gentamicin nephrotoxicity.
