为改善井下作业环境,降低井下粉尘浓度,开发了TSN/B1N无尘化喷浆机和PQ-00双进水混合喷枪等设备,并对其降尘效果进行研究。首先采用Auto CAD、Gambit及Fluent软件对JSK煤矿巷道前后粉尘浓度分布进行模拟对比,并进行工程实测加以验证。粉尘浓度分布与现场实测数据基本吻合。研究结果表明,运用了TSN/B1N无尘化喷浆机和PQ-00双进水混合喷枪等设备后,降低了粉尘浓度,改善了喷浆作业环境。
In order to improve downhole working environment and reduce downhole dust concentration, equipment such as TSN / B1N dust-free spraying machine and PQ-00 double-water mixing spray gun were developed and their dust-reducing effects were studied. First of all, using the software of Auto CAD, Gambit and Fluent to simulate the dust concentration distribution in the coal roadway before and after JSK coal mine, and verified by engineering measurement. The dust concentration distribution is in good agreement with the field data. The results show that the use of TSN / B1N dust-free shotcrete machine and PQ-00 double-inlet hybrid spray gun and other equipment to reduce the dust concentration and improve the spray environment.
