现有的汽车减震器止动环成型工艺不成熟,由于工件在多个不同的模具上多次定位的累积误差,使得产品在最后冲孔工序后出现孔与产品边缘的距离不一致,严重超出产品的允许误差范围,并且同时使用多个不同的模具成本高,生产效率低。为了克服以上现有技术存在的不足,本工艺提供了一种加工汽车减震器止动环的复合成型模具,以解决和消除工件在生产过程中因多次定位造成的较大误差,提高产品品质,降低生产过程中的不良报废品。
