目的了解重庆市渝中区致倦库蚊幼虫对常用杀虫剂的抗性状况。方法采用幼虫浸渍法,测定致倦库蚊野外种群的半数致死浓度。结果渝中区致倦库蚊对溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、仲丁威及双硫磷的抗性倍数(R/S)分别为6.22、2.57、1.04和1.02。结论重庆市渝中区致倦库蚊已对溴氰菊酯产生低抗,对高效氯氰菊酯、仲丁威和双硫磷较为敏感。
Objective To understand the resistance of Culex quinquefasciatus larvae to common insecticides in Yuzhong District. Methods The larval dipping method was used to determine the lethal concentration of Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus in field. Results The resistance ratio (R / S) of Culex quinquesemin to deltamethrin, beta-cypermethrin, sec-butyl and diphtheria in Yuzhong were 6.22, 2.57, 1.04 and 1.02, respectively. Conclusion Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus in Yuzhong District has low resistance to deltamethrin and is sensitive to beta-cypermethrin, sec-butyl and diphtheria.
