简述了珠海市晶艺公司在上海市辰山植物园投标中铸铝节点的设计和构造,对该铸铝节点进行非线性有限元计算,分析了典型工况下铸铝节点的承载性能,给出了节点的应力及变形分布,并将该铸铝节点承载性能与完全刚性连接的节点进行比较。研究表明,该铸铝节点在典型荷载的作用下,具有足够的强度和刚度。有限元计算结果能够很好地预测铸铝节点的承载力,保证工程的安全性。
The design and construction of cast aluminum joint in Zhuhai Jingshan Botanical Garden are briefly described. The finite element method is used to calculate the bearing capacity of cast aluminum joint. The bearing capacity of cast aluminum joint under typical working condition is analyzed. The stress and deformation distributions of the joints were obtained, and the bearing capacity of the cast aluminum joints was compared with that of the completely rigid joints. The research shows that the cast aluminum joint has sufficient strength and rigidity under the action of typical load. The results of finite element calculation can well predict the bearing capacity of cast aluminum joints and ensure the safety of the project.
