目的：探讨中西医结合治疗上腔静脉综合征（ＳＶＣＳ）的疗效。方法：采用中西医结合的方法，即西医以化疗、放疗为主的综合治疗和以益气活血化瘀、泻肺利水、宽胸理气的中药汤剂口服，治疗肺癌致ＳＶＣＳ１９例。结果：ＳＶＣＳ症状、体征消失１１例，好转７例，总有效率９４．７％；不良反应轻。结论：在放疗、化疗同时，口服益气活血化瘀、泻肺利水和宽胸理气的中药是治疗ＳＶＣＳ行之有效的疗法 Objective: To investigate the curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on superior vena cava syndrome (SVCS). Methods: Western medicine combined with chemotherapy, radiotherapy-based comprehensive treatment and Yiqi Huoxuehuayu, Xiefei Li Shui, wide chest qi Chinese medicine decoction oral treatment of lung cancer caused SVCS19 cases. Results: The symptoms and signs of SVCS disappeared in 11 cases and improved in 7 cases, the total effective rate was 94.7%. The adverse reactions were mild. Conclusions: At the same time of radiotherapy and chemotherapy, oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine of promoting qi and activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis, diarrhea, diuresis and wide-brimmedients is an effective therapy for SVCS
