目的 探究高职护生专业承诺水平及亚型,并在此基础上探讨心理资本与专业承诺的关系.方法 采用自编社会人口学调查问卷、大学生专业承诺调查量表和积极心理资本问卷对1 321例在校高职护生进行问卷调查.采用潜在剖面分析、分层回归和多元Logistic回归分析探讨专业承诺亚型及影响因素.结果 高职护生的专业承诺总分为91.22±12.79,可分为“低专业承诺组(C1,9.69%)”“中专业承诺组(C2,59.80%)”“高专业承诺组(C3,30.51%)”3个亚型;心理资本解释了护生专业承诺总变异的25.57%(P<0.05);以C1为参照,心理资本希望维度是C2和C3的共性预测因子.结论 高职护生专业承诺处于中等水平,且存在3个亚型.高职护理院校可以通过关注护生的心理资本水平,提高其专业承诺水平.“,”Objective To explore the professional commitment level and its subtypes among higher vocational nursing students, and on this basis to explore the relationship between psychological capital and professional commitment, to provide a theoretical basis for improving their professional commitment. Methods A total of 1321 higher vocational nursing students were recruited to complete self-designed general demographic information questionnaire, college students\'\' professional commitment questionnaire and positive psychological capital questionnaire. Latent profile analysis was used to classify professional commitment, stratified regression and multiple logistic regression were used to analyze the influencing factors of various dimensions and subtypes of professional commitment. Results The total professional commitment of vocational nursing students is 91.22±12.79, which can be divided into “low professional commitment group (C1, 9.69%)”, “medium professional commitment group (C2, 59.80%)” and “high professional commitment group (C3, 30.51%)” three subtypes; psychological capital explains 25.57% of the total variation of professional commitments of nursing students (P<0.05); taking C1 as a reference, the psychological capital hope dimension is the common predictor of C2 and C3. Conclusion The professional commitment of higher vocational nursing students is in the middle level, and there are three subtypes. Higher vocational nursing colleges should pay attention to the professional commitment level of nursing students, which can be improved by paying attention to psychological capital level of nursing students.
