采用一种新方法合成了单斜相TiO2纳米片,该方法主要包括钛酸纳米片的制备和随后的焙烧两个过程.首先将自制的锐钛矿粉体TiO2放入10mol/LNaOH溶液进行水热反应,随后在超声波作用下用酸洗涤其固体产物得到钛酸纳米片.TEM结果显示钛酸纳米片的尺寸随着水热反应温度(150~200℃)的升高而变大.较高温度(180~200℃)下的水热反应生成的钛酸纳米片在400~500℃焙烧后可以转变成具有一定光催化活性的单斜相TiO2(B)纳米片,但在较低水热反应温度(150℃)下生成的钛酸片状产物在400~500℃焙烧后却转变为锐钛矿TiO2纳米颗粒.
