激光喇曼光谱原位法可以应用于硫化态Mo/γ-Al_2O_3催化剂表面特性的测定.催化剂上Mo的浓度由2%增加至30%(以MoO_3计)时,在强的硫化条件下,测得Mo以单一相态的MoS_2存在,没有别的钼化合物。在弱的硫化条件下,在铝的浓度超过20%后,硫化时则有相当部分聚集态MoO_3分子簇不能被硫化,仍以氧化态形式与MoS_2共存,而且浓度和钼浓度呈线性增长.实验说明,工作中所使用的LR-Ⅲ型控制气压高温原位池及其硫化系统达到了设计要求,可以付诸使用。
The laser Raman spectroscopy in-situ method can be applied to the determination of the surface properties of the sulfided Mo / γ-Al 2 O 3 catalyst. When the concentration of Mo on the catalyst increases from 2% to 30% (calculated as MoO 3), under strong sulfidation conditions, Mo Mo single phase exists MoS_2, there is no other molybdenum compounds. Description, the work used in the LR-Ⅲ control pressure high temperature in situ pool and its curing system meets the design requirements, can be put into use.
