建立乡镇(街道)领导干部驻点普遍直接联系群众制度,是广东省委推进大抓基层的重大部署,是解决联系服务群众“最后一公里”问题的关键工程。当前驻点直联群众工作存在思想认识不到位、工作台账不够规范、驻点干部不稳定、问题解决力度不足、工作经费保障欠缺等情况。要解决这些问题,必须强化履职担当、服务意识、教育培训、物质基础、制度建设、务实作风等措施,推动驻点联系群众制度取得实实在在的成效。
The establishment of a direct system of direct contact among the leading cadres at the township (street) station is a key project for the Guangdong provincial party committee to promote making major efforts at the grass-roots level and to solve the issue of “serving the last mile” of serving the masses. There are some problems in the current direct working of the masses in the vicinity of the station, such as the lack of ideological understanding, the inadequate standardization of work account books, the instability of resident cadres, the inadequate resolution of problems and the lack of guarantee of working funds. In order to solve these problems, measures such as duty performance, service awareness, education and training, material foundation, system construction and pragmatism must be strengthened so as to achieve tangible results in linking down the system with the masses.
