几年来,我市法院本着积极、慎重、实事求是的原则,及时地审判了一批涉台民事案件。有效地保护了海峡两岸当事人的合法权益,增进了台胞对大陆法律、政策的了解和信任。我们的做法是: 对去台人员在大陆的民事权益受侵害,由在大陆的共有人作为原告起诉,法院予以受理。 我们认为,去台人员与在大陆的共有人的民事权益受到侵害时,在去台人员回大陆诉讼或提供证明文 In recent years, the courts of our city have tried a series of civil cases involving Taiwan in a timely manner based on the principles of being active, judicious, and seeking truth from facts. Effectively protected the legitimate rights and interests of parties on both sides of the Taiwan Strait and enhanced the Taiwan compatriots’ understanding and trust in mainland laws and policies. Our approach is to infringe upon the civil rights and interests of the personnel going to Taiwan in the Mainland, prosecute as the plaintiff by the joint owners in the Mainland, and accept the case. We think that when people who come to Taiwan and the joint owners on the mainland are violated their rights and interests, those who go to Taiwan to return to Taiwan to bring litigation or provide supporting documents
