国际众多企业、特别是跨国公司巨头们,当前在对企业利益的追求中,已由过去直接追求经济利益最大化转变为追求文化利益最大化。综观我国企业,在这方面还存在着很大的差距,突出表现在:一是对文化利益的追求,企业普遍尚未引起足够的重视:二是仿冒行为屡禁不止。有些企业对文化利益的盗窃现象十分严重:三是企业的文化制度,与“以人为本”的要求相距甚远。
Many international enterprises, especially multinational giants, now shift from pursuing the maximization of economic interests in the past to maximizing the interests of the culture in the current pursuit of the interests of enterprises. Looking at our country’s enterprises, there still exists a great gap in this respect, which is manifested in the following aspects: First, the pursuit of cultural interests has not yet attracted enough attention from enterprises; second, repeated acts of counterfeiting have been banned. Some enterprises are very serious about theft of cultural interests: Third, the cultural system of enterprises is far away from the requirement of “people-oriented”.
