建立了以最大生产效率和最低加工成本为多目标优化的数学模型,采用遗传算法与Matlab工具实现对切削参数进行优化,得到目标函数的最优切削参数,并用实验验证提高数控机床加工效率和降低加工成本的可行性。
A mathematical model optimized for multi-objective with maximum production efficiency and minimum processing cost is established. The cutting parameters are optimized by genetic algorithm and Matlab tool, and the optimal cutting parameters of the objective function are obtained.
