政府在推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化进程中要发挥主导性作用。应积极借鉴各地区治理探索的新经验,吸收符合实际的治理发展策略,解决当下我国治理过程中存在的各种难题。建设互联网平台政府是推进国家治理现代化的有效途径。平衡城乡分治的现有格局,在公共就业、社会保障、基本医疗卫生、义务教育和基本公共文化服务,促进城乡实现治理成果的共享。
The government should play a leading role in promoting the national governance system and the modernization of governance capacity. We should learn from the new experiences of exploration and management in various regions and absorb practical development strategies to solve various problems existing in our country’s governance. Building an Internet Platform Government is an effective way to promote the modernization of state governance. Balance the current pattern of division of governance in urban and rural areas, and promote the sharing of governance achievements between urban and rural areas in public employment, social security, basic health care, compulsory education and basic public cultural services.
