教师是文化的传播者,所谓名师出高徒,只有教师的心理素质提高了,才能言传身教,教书育人,继而提高学生的心理素质,这同样也是实现当前推行的素质教育的基本前提。而中学作为学生阶段最为重要的过渡期,对于教师的心理素质更是具有较高要求。本文通过探索中学教师存在的心理问题,进而探索如何对我国中学教师进行职前心理教育,使教师在上岗之前就具备较强的心理承受能力。
Teachers are the disseminators of culture. The so-called famous teachers and students are the only prerequisites for realizing the current quality-oriented education. Only when the teachers’ mental qualities are improved, can they precept and teach and educate others and improve their psychological quality. Secondary school, as the most important transition period for students, has higher requirements on teachers’ psychological quality. By exploring the psychological problems existing in secondary school teachers, this article explores how to carry out pre-service psychological education for middle school teachers in our country so that teachers have a strong psychological endurance before coming to work.
