本文是在对乌鸡药用价值的系统研究中关于血液化学成分的报道。本项研究测定了乌鸡血液中非蛋白氮、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、乳酸脱氢酶、全血血糖和血磷等10项指标,并通过与白洛克鸡的相应成分进行对比,发现乌鸡血液中的谷丙转氨酶、乳酸脱氨酶、血糖、血清总脂、维生素C、胡萝卜素、血钙等7项指标都显著或极显著地超过白洛克鸡。本文还对上述各种成分的特点、药用价值进行了药理讨论。
This article reports on the chemical composition of blood in the systematic study of medicinal value of black-bone chicken. In this study, 10 indicators such as non-protein nitrogen, alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, lactate dehydrogenase, whole blood glucose, and serum phosphorus were determined in the blood of broiler chickens, and the blood of broiler chickens was compared with the corresponding components of the white broiler chicken. Among the seven indicators of alanine aminotransferase, lactate deaminase, blood glucose, total serum lipids, vitamin C, carotene, and serum calcium, there were significant or highly significant increases over White Rock Chicken. The pharmacological discussion on the characteristics and medicinal value of the above ingredients was also discussed in this article.
