采取不同淹水时间与淹水深度的处理,研究了蕾期棉花的产量及生理生化变化。结果表明,经淹水处理后,棉花叶片的光合速率和总糖含量下降,MDA含量上升;并且处理后棉花总铃数减少,产量降低。
Taking different flooding time and waterlogging depth, the yield and physiological and biochemical changes of budding cotton were studied. The results showed that after flooding, the photosynthetic rate and total sugar content of cotton leaves decreased and the content of MDA increased; and the total number of cotton bolls decreased and the yield decreased after treatment.
