中外联合办学形式下的法学双语教学的本质是法学专业课,而不是法律外语课,其总体目标是专业知识目标、外国语言目标和外语思维目标三者的集合;其教学方法应采用复合层次的课堂讲授以及学生小组课堂讨论、主题演讲、案例模拟演练等互动形式。由于法学理论和制度的抽象性较强,其教学模式应主要采用粗浅型或中英文渗透型双语教学,同时根据讲授内容的难易程度调整英文讲授的比例。法学双语课程应采用灵活多样的考核方式,将考核融入在整个学习过程中,实现从知识记忆考核到综合素质考核的转变。
