股权激励是企业留住人才,防止人才外流的主要手段之一。新三板上市公司,大多数属于技术密集型企业,其技术人才的引进及流入关系到企业的生存、长远发展。同时,新三板公司因其较为特殊的属性,其股权激励存在着一定的特殊性。本文将从分析新三板股权激励的必要性入手,进而对新三板股权激励机制操作过程中存在的问题进行探析,并提出新三板股权激励中存在问题的应对策略。从而起到为新三板上市公司的股权激励提供一定的、较为浅显理论基础的作用。
Equity incentive is one of the main means by which enterprises retain talents and prevent brain drain.
