水酸杨盐能使血小板的前列腺素合成受损,从而抑制血小板聚集,故已被广泛用来治疗多发的暂时性缺血性发作(TIA)。消炎痛(indomethacin)为一更有效的前列腺素合成抑制剂,能阻断CO_2对脑循环的作用,而不影响脑自动调节机能。作者为明确水杨酸盐亦起上述消炎痛的同样作用时的浓度,及它与水杨酸盐治疗TIA的关系,作如下临床研究。应用~(133)Xe吸入法测定近期未服过药的、年龄在23~34岁的健康男性成人的脑血流量。为测定对高碳酸血症的反应,先是测被试者呼吸室内空气时之值,继测被试者呼吸含有7%CO_2、30%O_2及63%N_2的混合气体时之值。用碳酸计(cop-nograph)测定
Hydrochloric acid Yang Yang salt can make platelet prostaglandin synthesis damage, thereby inhibiting platelet aggregation, it has been widely used to treat multiple transient ischemic attacks (TIA). Indomethacin is a more potent prostaglandin synthesis inhibitor that blocks the effects of CO 2 on the cerebral circulation without affecting the brain’s autoregulatory function. In order to elucidate the effect of salicylate on the same effect of indomethacin as above, and its relationship with salicylate in the treatment of TIA, the authors make the following clinical studies. Cerebral blood flow in healthy male adults aged 23-34 years who had not received any medication was measured by ~ (133) Xe inhalation. To measure the response to hypercapnia, we first measured the value of the subjects’ breathing air, followed by the subjects breathing a mixture of 7% CO 2, 30% O 2, and 63% N 2. Measured by cop-nograph
