我国上市公司对经理人乃至员工实行股权激励的冲动由来已久。但因政策不明朗,无疾而终。不过,看似平静的水面却一直暗流涌动。2005年12月31日,中国证监会发布了《上市公司股权激励管理办法》。其后,国资委也起草了《国有控股上市公司(境内)实施股权激励试行办法《征求意见稿)》,股权激励似乎因政策逐渐明朗而再度成为人们关注的热点。
The impulse of equity incentive for managers and employees in our country’s listed companies has a long history. However, the policy is not clear, no end disease. However, seemingly calm water has been surging. On December 31, 2005, China Securities Regulatory Commission promulgated the Administrative Measures on Equity Incentives for Listed Companies. Since then, the SASAC has also drafted a “draft for the implementation of the equity incentive plan for state-controlled listed companies (domestic)”), and equity incentive seems to be a hot spot of concern again due to the gradual and clear policy.
