瞬息变化的市场经济要求企业拥有超强的动态匹配能力,如何获取动态匹配能力成为获得未来竞争优势的关键。以H公司为例详细描述了“动态流程”管理对于获取匹配能力的效用,并以此构建了流程导向的规范性与灵活性管理匹配体系。研究认为管理规范性与灵活性匹配需要注重三个原则:流程节点责任梳理与规范原则、流程基础的分类授权管理原则和战略导向的节点标准评价原则。在此基础上企业需要通过两个方面的制度设计来实现这种匹配,即“二维多层”的流程拆分适应体系和“五维一体”的动态调整与控制体系。
The rapidly changing market economy requires that enterprises have superior ability of dynamic matching and how to obtain dynamic matching ability is the key to gain future competitive advantage. Taking H company as an example, this paper describes in detail the utility of “dynamic process” management for obtaining matching ability, and constructs a process-oriented normative and flexible management matching system. The research thinks that the matching between management norms and flexibility needs to pay attention to three principles: the principle of combing and standardizing the responsibility of process nodes, the classification and authorization management principle of process basis and the principle of strategic standard of node standard evaluation. On this basis, enterprises need to achieve this matching through two aspects of system design, namely, “two-dimensional multi-layer” process resolution system and “five-in-one” dynamic adjustment and control system.
