传统大用户直购电交易多基于双边电量和电价的撮合,缺乏优化直购电中电网运营的有效手段。从直购双方电力特性曲线形态入手,提出一种基于双边形态技术匹配的交易辅助模型,探讨了直购电市场环境下有利于电网运行、保证直购双方电力行为、减少不确定性波动的交易方案的制定。以某电力公司采集的数据为例进行匹配分析,验证了该方法的有效性。
Most of the traditional large-user direct purchase of electricity transactions based on bilateral power and electricity prices match, the lack of direct power purchase in the operation of power grids an effective means.
