本文对广泛用于工业生产上的聚脂网带及其各种接头(包括新研制的)进行加荷试验,测定它们的性能指标。并通过生产实践证实,新设计的钢扣接头具有强度高、寿命长、传动平稳的优点,如用直径1mm 不锈钢线制成的钢扣接头,抗张强度能达2KN/cm 以上。试验所获得的数据,对设计网带各种钢扣接头和生产实践有重要的指导意义。该成果替代了进口产品,已由厂家应用于生产,经济效益显著。这也为生产工业网带及研制其他结构形式的接头提供了有价值的资料。
In this paper, widely used in industrial production of polyester mesh and its various joints (including newly developed) for the load test to determine their performance indicators. And confirmed through the production practice, the newly designed steel buckle connector with high strength, long life, the advantages of smooth transmission, such as the use of 1mm diameter stainless steel wire made of steel buckle connector, tensile strength can reach 2KN / cm above. The data obtained from the experiment has important guiding significance for the design of various kinds of steel buckle joints and production practice in the mesh belt. This result replaces the imported product and has been applied to the production by the manufacturer with obvious economic benefits. This also provides valuable information for the production of industrial belts and for the development of joints of other structural forms.
