国有企业是我国国民经济的支柱,是我国社会主义制度的重要经济基础。党的十五届四中全会明确提出了国有企业改革和发展的奋斗目标和指导方针,对国有企业的跨世纪发展作出了全面部署。实现全会提出的奋斗目标,对于保持我国国民经济持续快速健康发展,建立社会主义市场经济体制,巩固社会主义制度,提高人民生活水平,都具有极为重要的意义。城市民兵绝大部分编在国有企业,是深化企业改革、加强企业两个文明建设的一支生力军。广大民兵要积极响应党中央的号召,自觉拥护和支持改革,在改革中识大体,顾大局,讲奉献,努力为开创国有企业改革和发展的新局面多作贡献。 一、正确认识国有企业面临的形势,坚定搞好国有企业 State-owned enterprises are the backbone of our national economy and an important economic basis for our country’s socialist system.
