以116家中国企业和80家外资企业为研究样本,探讨了中外企业不同推崇策略对企业绩效的影响以及企业创新能力和大环境社会信任度的中介调节效应。研究结论有助于理解中外企业推崇策略选择机制以及推崇策略对企业绩效产生作用的传导机制和该机制起作用的边界条件,对企业有效管理实践具有重要的意义。
Based on a sample of 116 Chinese enterprises and 80 foreign-funded enterprises, this paper explores the influence of different respected strategies of Chinese and foreign enterprises on corporate performance and the mediating effect of corporate innovation ability and social trust in the environment. The conclusion of the study is helpful to understand the transmission mechanism that Chinese and foreign enterprises respected the strategy selection mechanism and esteem the effect of strategy on enterprise performance and the boundary conditions that the mechanism plays a role in the effective management of the enterprise.
