本文对一例智障儿童进行基础体操教学与训练,通过测试、对比,分析了基础体操训练前后对照组与个案学生反应能力、协调能力和平衡能力的差异和特点,论证了针对智障儿童进行科学合理的基础体操训练可以有效的促进和改善智障儿童身体的协调能力、反映能力和平衡能力。研究结果显示身体训练在智障学生中的康复训练是十分重要的,不但可以使学生大脑得到开发,身体得到健康发展,还可以促进学生其他知识技能的进步。
In this paper, a case of mentally retarded children’s basic gymnastics teaching and training, through the test, comparison, analysis of basic gymnastics training before and after the control group and individual students response ability, coordination and balance ability differences and characteristics demonstrated that for children with intellectual disabilities scientific and rational Basic gymnastics training can effectively promote and improve the coordination ability of mentally retarded children’s body, reflecting ability and balance ability. The results show that physical training rehabilitation training for mentally retarded students is very important, not only can make the students develop the brain, the healthy development of the body, but also can promote the progress of other knowledge and skills of students.
