红细胞正常功能的发挥在很大程度上依赖于红细胞膜结构和功能的正常,运动作为一种外界刺激会引起红细胞膜结构和功能发生变化。目前国内关于运动与红细胞膜特性的研究开展得较少,且主要局限于某一特定负荷下、运动某一时刻红细胞膜理化特性的改变上,很少涉及不同强度运动后的改变,关于运动训练对红细胞膜影响的研究则廖廖无几。国外的研究也大多只是从宏观上来观察运动与红细胞膜功能状态变化的关系,对于其可能的微观机理的探讨则很少,特别是关于不同负荷训练对于红细胞膜特性影响及训练后再进行定量负荷运动的影响的综合性研究还未见报道。
Erythrocyte normal function to play largely depends on the normal structure and function of erythrocyte membrane, exercise as an external stimulus can cause red cell membrane structure and function changes. At present, there are few researches on the characteristics of exercise and erythrocyte membrane in our country, and they are mainly confined to the change of physical and chemical properties of erythrocyte membrane at a certain load at a certain moment. Few changes after exercise at different intensities are involved. The impact of the research on the erythrocyte membrane are few and far between. Most researches in foreign countries only observe the relationship between exercise and the changes of functional status of erythrocyte membrane macroscopically. However, there are few studies on its possible micro-mechanism, especially about the effects of different training on erythrocyte membrane properties and the quantitative load after training A comprehensive study of the effects of exercise has not been reported.
