目的 研究上海地区正常牙合成人颅面横向结构的特点 ,并确定后前位X线头影测量的正常值范围。方法 运用JOE计算机正畸评价系统 ,对 92名正常牙合成人X线头颅后前位片进行测量分析。结果 建立了上海地区正常牙合成人后前位X线头影测量正常值范围。上海地区正常牙合成人牙颌面宽距存在相关性 ,但男女无差异 ,磨牙覆盖男性大于女性。结论 上海地区正常牙合成人颅面横向结构有其地区特点 ,确定的正常值可为错牙合畸形病人的诊治提供依据。
Objective To study the characteristics of craniofacial transverse structure of normal occlusion in Shanghai and to determine the normal range of posterior X - cephalometry. Methods The orthodontic evaluation system of JOE was used to measure and analyze the anteroposterior radiographs of 92 normal adult patients. Results The normal range of posterior X-cephalometry was established in normal occlusion in Shanghai. There was a correlation between normal occlusion of human teeth and maxillofacial space in Shanghai, but there was no difference between men and women. Molars covered more men than women. Conclusion The craniofacial transverse structures of normal occlusion in Shanghai have their own regional characteristics. The normal values determined can provide evidence for the diagnosis and treatment of malocclusion patients.
