在以旅游业为代表的第三产业高速发展的背景下,酒店行业呈现出蓬勃发展的态势,但同时也出现了酒店员工组织承诺和忠诚度产生了较大程度下降的现象,导致专业人才大量流失。本文在分析职业生涯规划和组织承诺内涵的基础上,从多角度探讨了职业生涯规划对于酒店员工组织承诺提升的重要意义,并进而提出基于组织承诺的职业生涯规划对策及思路。
