采用X射线衍射仪、金相显微镜、扫描电镜分析了Cr12MoV钢高压气淬后不同工艺处理的组织和形貌,并通过显微硬度计和磨损试验机测定了样品的显微硬度和耐磨性。结果表明:高压淬火后不同处理工艺对Cr12MoV钢组织和性能有较大影响。冷处理可以促使残余奥氏体向马氏体转变,明显提高材料的显微硬度和耐磨性。
The microstructure and morphology of Cr12MoV steel treated by high-pressure gas-quenching were analyzed by X-ray diffraction, optical microscope and scanning electron microscope. The microhardness and wear resistance of the samples were measured by microhardness tester and wear tester . The results show that the different treatment processes after high-pressure quenching have a great influence on the microstructure and properties of Cr12MoV steel. Cold treatment can promote the transformation of retained austenite to martensite, which obviously improves the microhardness and wear resistance of the material.
