在当今媒介社会化和全球化的信息时代,“媒介素养”在处理媒介、人与社会之间关系的重要性已为世界各国所认知。但是“媒介素养”在世界各地所推崇的理论概念和现实社会实践的方向既具有相似性也存在很大差异,若世界各地关于“媒介素养”概念体系的认知及其内涵界定的不统一会妨碍“媒介素养”的学科理论建设和长足发展。因此,本文一方面从横向全球视野来环视不同国家媒介素养教育实践之间的相似性与差异性。另一方面,从纵向脉络对这些国家和地区所实践的“媒介素养”相关概念之间的内涵与关系做一个明确的界定。
In today’s era of media socialization and globalization, the importance of “media literacy” in dealing with the relationship between media, people and society has been recognized by all countries in the world. However, the concept of “media literacy” advocated around the world has both similarities and great differences in the direction of the actual social practice. If the cognition and connotation of the “media literacy” conceptual system around the world are defined Inconsistency will hinder the “media literacy” of the theoretical construction and rapid development. Therefore, on the one hand, this paper looks at the similarities and differences between media literacy education practices in different countries from a horizontal global perspective. On the other hand, a clear definition of the connotation and relationship between the concepts related to “media literacy” practiced by these countries and regions should be given from the longitudinal context.
