Objective To study the relationship between psychological factors and coping style in patients with breast cancer. Methods A total of 123 patients with breast cancer (malignant group), 60 patients in the control group were diagnosed as breast hyperplasia and fibroids by the physical examination (benign group): 1 Xie Yaning prepared a simple coping style questionnaire; 2 Gong Yixian revised Ai Senk personality questionnaire (EPQ); 3 self-made general project questionnaire for evaluation. Results 1 Comparison of coping styles between benign and malignant groups showed that the positive factor scores of positive group were significantly higher in benign group than in malignant group (P <0.01), negative factor of benign group and negative group of malignant group, No significant difference (P> 0.05). 2 coping styles and personality of breast cancer patients and other factors related factors and found that coping style positive factor score was positively correlated with EPQ-E, and EPQ-P was significantly negative correlation; coping style negative factor score and EPQ-N was significantly positively correlated , Coping methods and other natural items without any relevant. 3 multivariate regression analysis, using JJ as the dependent variable, EPQ-E, EPQ-P into the equation (a were 0.75, -0.22 74); XJ as the dependent variable EPQ-E, EPQ-N Into the equation (a were 0. 1 69,0 .2 66). Conclusions We believe that the coping style of patients with breast cancer can not leave the personality analysis of personality patterns of breast cancer patients to help cope with the adjustment of the way
