肿瘤的化疗是目前治疗肿瘤的主要手段之一。但是由于肿瘤异质性等因素的影响,使肿瘤的化疗变得极为复杂。为了帮助临床选择有效的化疗药、提高疗效、减轻毒副作用。人们一直想用微生物的敏感试验一样,建立一种可靠适用的药敏试验方法。60年代以来,国外学者已建立了多种方法检测病人对抗癌药物的敏感性。近年来,该方面研究发展迅速、已建立人癌干细胞琼脂培养:氚标记核苷碳掺入抑制法、小鼠肾囊膜下检测及裸鼠移植等方法。本文仅对常用的几种方法作一评价。
Chemotherapy of tumors is currently one of the main methods for treating tumors. However, due to the influence of factors such as tumor heterogeneity, the chemotherapy of the tumor becomes extremely complicated. In order to help the clinical selection of effective chemotherapy drugs, improve efficacy, reduce toxic side effects. People have always wanted to use a microbiological sensitive test to establish a reliable and applicable drug sensitivity test method. Since the 1960s, foreign scholars have established a variety of methods to detect the sensitivity of patients against cancer drugs. In recent years, rapid development in this area has led to the establishment of human cancer stem cell agar culture: tritiated nucleoside carbon incorporation inhibition assay, mouse subrenal capsule detection, and nude mouse transplantation. This article only evaluates several common methods.
