我县农村小学英语教师70%是特岗教师,他们上岗填补我县小学英语教师严重缺编问题,给英语教学带来生机和活力。我们从2013年3至4月,采取随堂听课、与教师互动交流、参与集体备课等形式,对样子哨镇大椅山中心校、杉松岗镇中心校、团林镇蛟河中心校、朝阳镇高集岗中心校四所学校11名教师和3—6年的听课班级的学生进行观察分析。我们发现一些教师对《英语课程标准》理解不深刻,教材把握不准确,教学目标确立存在问题,英语课堂教学效果受到影响。
70% of rural primary school English teachers in our county are special post teachers who fill up the serious shortage of primary school English teachers in our county to bring vigor and vitality to English teaching. From March to April 2013, we took classrooms, interactive interaction with teachers, and participated in collective lesson preparation. We organized a series of activities such as the Chaoyang Mountain Primary School, the Shansonggang Town Central School, the Tuanlin Town Jiaohe Central School, Chaoyang Town, Gao Jigang Central School four school 11 teachers and 3-6 years of listening class students observed and analyzed. We found that some teachers do not have a deep understanding of English Curriculum Standards, inaccurate teaching materials, and problems in teaching objectives, and the teaching effectiveness of English classrooms is affected.
