随着板带轧机宽度的增加和成品厚度的减小,对板带平直性的要求日益突出。70年代开始板带轧机的质量指标逐步由厚度、温度转到以板带平直性(板型)为重点。 70年代初期冷连轧机的板型控制首先得到研究和用于生产,随之中厚板轧机亦开始采用板型控制,而带钢热连轧机的板型控制到70年代中期才开始用于生产实际。 中厚板轧机和带钢热连轧机由于缺乏在线板型检测器,因此板型控制主要是通过最优分配压下(负荷分配)来实现。最优负荷分配的计算基于下述理论基础。
With the increase of the width of the strip mill and the reduction of the thickness of the finished product, the requirements for the flatness of the strip are becoming increasingly prominent. In the 1970s, the quality indicators of strip rolling mill gradually shifted from thickness and temperature to focus on strip flatness (plate type). The plate-type control of tandem cold rolling mills in the early 1970s was first studied and used for production, followed by the plate-type control of plate mills, while the plate-type control of hot strip mills began to be used for production until the mid-1970s actual. Due to the lack of on-line plate-type detectors for plate and strip mills, plate-type control is achieved mainly through optimal distribution pressure (load sharing). The calculation of optimal load distribution is based on the following theoretical basis.
