为改善热熔压敏胶黏制品—不干胶标签的黏附性能,并进一步降低生产成本,研究了以苯乙烯系热塑性弹性体SDS(包括SBS、SIS)为基本树脂合成的热熔压敏胶的性能,并讨论了增黏树脂及软化剂的种类和用量对标签用热熔压敏胶性能的影响。结果显示,在以SIS为主体材料的热熔压敏胶中,添加价格较低的SBS,当其配比在15/85~25/75之间,热熔压敏胶的性能有所提高;而增黏树脂及软化剂的优化,对胶黏剂的综合性能有着不可忽视的作用。
In order to improve the adhesion performance of hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive-self-adhesive label and further reduce the production cost, hot-melt pressure sensitive adhesive synthesized from styrenic thermoplastic elastomer SDS (including SBS and SIS) The effects of the type and amount of tackifier resins and softeners on the properties of hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesives for labels were discussed.
