目的分析苏州某高职院大学生的营养状况及生活方式情况,为改善大学生营养状况和生活方式提供依据。方法整群抽取苏州卫生职业技术学院的在校大学生1 000人,通过人体测量和生活方式调查表了解其营养状况和生活方式情况,并对生活方式进行评分和分析。结果大学生的体重正常率74.4%,不同性别、籍贯和是否独生子女的大学生之间的营养状况差异有显著性(P值均<0.05)。大学生的生活方式平均总分较低(67.00±11.57),尤其是锻炼和体能、睡眠情况和压力控制得分较低。不同性别、年级的大学生生活方式各项目之间有差异(P值均<0.05)。结论大学生的营养状况总体较好,近1/3的人群存在营养不足或过剩,生活方式也存在较多问题,需加强健康教育和行为引导以改善生活方式及营养状况,提高健康水平。
Objective To analyze the nutritional status and life style of college students in a higher vocational college in Suzhou, and to provide evidences for improving the nutritional status and life style of college students. Methods A total of 1 000 college students were enrolled in Suzhou Health Vocational and Technical College. Their nutritional status and life style were measured by anthropometric survey and life style questionnaire. The life style was scored and analyzed. Results The normal weight of college students was 74.4%. There were significant differences in nutritional status between college students of different sex, origin and whether they were single children (all P <0.05). The average total score of college students’ life style is lower (67.00 ± 11.57), especially their exercise and physical ability, sleep condition and stress control score are lower. There are differences among the items of college students’ life styles in different genders and grades (P <0.05). Conclusions The nutritional status of undergraduates is generally good. Nearly one third of the population suffer from undernutrition or excess. There are also many problems in lifestyles. Health education and behavioral guidance need to be strengthened to improve lifestyles and nutritional status and improve their health.
