以MgSO4、TiCl4为镁源和钛源,以NaOH为矿化剂,向体系内添加Eu3+,在有聚四氟乙烯衬的高压反应釜内以60%的填充度、以220℃的反应温度通过90~200h的反应时间制得MgTiO3:Eu3+粉体。XRD分析表明相纯度较高。FS结果显示,产品有294nm和483nm2个激发峰;发射峰位于615nm,颜色较纯。该方法具有合成温度低,产物发光亮度好,不用焙烧和球磨就能得到优质粉体的特点。
