目的:为忍冬种质资源评价和优良品种选育提供微形态学依据。方法:应用扫描电镜对7个不同品系忍冬花粉粒进行微观形态观察,应用SPSS软件进行数据分析。结果:不同品系忍冬花粉粒形态差异显著,品系Yt-01和品系Yth-01呈不规则三角状球形,品系Ytql-01呈典型的心形,其他品系均呈现不规则球形;不同品系忍冬花粉粒大小和萌发沟位置具有差异;花粉粒极轴长(P)和花粉粒赤道轴长(E)与忍冬品系间的亲缘关系具有一定相关性。结论:不同品系忍冬花粉粒微形态特征对于忍冬品系间亲缘关系的探讨具有重要参考价值。
OBJECTIVE: To provide micro-morphological evidence for the evaluation of honeysuckle germplasm resources and breeding of fine varieties. Methods: Scanning electron microscope (SEM) was used to observe the microscopic morphology of honeysuckle pollen grains from seven different strains. SPSS software was used to analyze the data. Results: There were significant differences in pollen morphology of honeysuckle among different lines. The lines Yt-01 and Yth-01 were irregular triangular. The lines Ytql-01 were typical heart-shaped. Other lines showed irregular spheres. There was a difference in the size and the position of germination groove. There was a correlation between the polar axis of pollen grains and the equatorial axis of pollen grains (E). Conclusion: The micro-morphological characteristics of honeysuckle pollen grains of different strains have important reference value for the study on the genetic relationship among honeysuckle strains.
