在低温工程中通常采用涡轮或振子流量计测量流量。这类流量计的时间常数相对比较大,并承受磨损,配套用于分析测量信号的电子仪器十分复杂。 本文介绍一种新型的流量计,其结构简单,没有轴承等活动零件。这种流量计有一个可以更换的膜片,利用膜片在流动方向上的挠度来测量流量。用轴向安装在膜片周围的电感线圈(不和膜片接触)测量膜片的挠度(图1)。
Turbine or vibrator flow meters are often used to measure flow in cryogenic projects. The time constant of such flowmeters is relatively large, and subject to wear and tear, supporting the electronic instruments used to analyze the measurement signal is very complicated. This article describes a new type of flow meter, its structure is simple, there are no moving parts such as bearings. The flowmeter has a replaceable diaphragm that measures the flow using the diaphragm’s deflection in the flow direction. The deflection of the diaphragm was measured with an inductive coil (not in contact with the diaphragm) mounted axially around the diaphragm (Figure 1).
