目的调查肿瘤专科护士职业价值观现状,并探讨其相关影响因素。方法于2016年11月—2017年2月,采用便利抽样法调研三级甲等肿瘤医院在职专科护士共385名。采用自制的一般资料问卷、护士职业价值观量表进行调查。结果肿瘤专科护士职业价值观总分为(4.28±0.41),科别、性别、文化程度和用工方式不同的专科护士,其职业价值观得分不同,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经多因素分析,性别、文化程度和用工方式进入回归方程,成为肿瘤专科护士职业价值观的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论肿瘤专科护士职业价值观总体水平较高,其影响因素有多种,护理管理者应针对性进行指导和教育,进一步提升肿瘤专科护士的职业价值观。
Objective To investigate the status quo of occupational values of cancer nurses and to explore the related factors. Methods From November 2016 to February 2017, 385 nursing nurses were enrolled in Class A Tumor Hospital using the convenience sampling method. Using self-made general information questionnaire, nurses occupation values survey. Results The total score of professional values of nurses in oncology was (4.28 ± 0.41). The specialty nurses of different grades, sexes, educational levels and working styles had different scores of professional values, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05) Analysis, sex, education level and employment mode entered the regression equation, which became the influencing factor of occupational values of tumor nurses (P <0.05). Conclusion The professional value of nurses in oncology is higher than others, and there are many influential factors in nurses’ professional values. Nursing managers should give guidance and education to targeted nurses and further enhance the occupational values of nurses in oncology.
